We are celebrating our 100th Guest review since taking over The Grange three years ago. Thank you to all our great guests for their lovely comments (and 5 star ratings!)

Stage 3 of this year's Tour de Yorkshire cycle race passed The Grange on its way from Richmond to Scarborough. The race was again a huge success, with an estimated 2.6 million people lining the route over the 4 days. The Grange is an ideal base to try out the race cycle route or, if mountain biking is your thing, we are next to Dalby Forest. We have secure bike storage and washing facilities.
Our guests had a great weekend at the concerts in Dalby Forest - Rick Astley on Friday night and Elbow last night, when we joined them. Next year's concerts will be announced around Christmas, so book early if you would like to stay with us.
You can now check availability for The Grange and book online. We hope you like this new feature, but we also love to talk to our guests if you prefer to call us.
We now have a Dalby Forest accommodation pass that we can loan to guests. This allows free parking in Dalby Forest and also comes with a discount card for activities in the Forest.
WalkFest returns to the NY Moors for the late May bank holiday weekend (27-29 May), see details here. Rooms still available at The Grange if you fancy getting your walking boots out!
The Grange has been endorsed by Welcome to Yorkshire as a cycling friendly B&B and we meet all of the terms of their new Cycling Charter. We have lockable bike sheds and bike washing facilities and we provide a great base to explore the cycle trails of Dalby Forest.
The second dark skies festival is coming to the North York Moors National Park 18th-26th February, 2017. Read more about it here: http://www.northyorkmoors.org.uk/visiting/whats-on/dark-skies-festival
Take a look at our new website. It is still under development, with more information soon to be added, but we hope you like it.
